We had an very nice stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful mountain town. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with really good care and attention to detail. The staff were pretty good too make our experience lovely. The hotel lobby was fine and had a warm and inviting ambiance. The restaurant served delicious food and the Italian restaurant on-site was a standout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The spa was a perfect place to relax, with a variety of luxurious amenities and treatments. we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent reception service, I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and all my needs were promptly attended to. The staff ensured a smooth check-in process and provided me with all the necessary information. The buffet at Le Restaurant was excellent, there was a wide variety of delicious food options that catered to every taste. I particularly enjoyed the rich flavors and the good presentation. The ski service team was great, they were efficient in handling my ski equipment and made the whole process convenient and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. The spa and pool area were perfect, I enjoyed the relaxing facilities and the high level of cleanliness. It was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel was ideal, it was centrally located, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities in the area. I didn't have to worry about traveling long distances. The mini bar was a nice touch, I appreciated the fact that the non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar were complimentary.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and fulfilled all my exclusive needs! the service was superb as the staff went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna. I enjoyed my full body massage and the spa lounge was a great place to relax. the sun terrace had lovely sun loungers, and the garden area was well-maintained. the restaurant served fine dining with special diet menus available and the bar/lounge area had fantastic drinks.

Lovely Xmas at a mountain palace! The amazing view of the snowy peaks was worth every penny. The spacious and modern suite, complete with a towel warming bar, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff was attentive and accommodating, even going above and beyond to provide an ice pack for my aching knees. We couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast options, especially the special pancakes. And the best part?

It was quite a trek, especially with all the ski gear, but the option to take a taxi for a reasonable price helped to alleviate this issue. Families with little children might want to consider this when planning their trip.
